In order to initiate a return please contact Go Nutra customer service at info@gonutra.com
Any orders shipped back without previous consent will not be eligible for a refund. A written return authorization from a Go Nutra representative is required.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product you may contact us for a full refund less shipping costs within 30 days of the initial purchase date.
We will request feedback regarding the product in question in order to properly process the refund request.
All products purchased through the Go Nutra website, carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of these products, please follow these guidelines to receive a refund.
1. contact info@gonutra.com within 30 days of purchase.
2. Provide feedback regarding your return.
3. Mail back product in question with your name and order number included.
4. Once we receive your product a refund will be given.
Products that are damaged or lost during shipment will be replaced at no cost to the customer. We will require a picture of the damaged product for verification.
REFUNDS DUE TO SHIPPING:
It is important to note that USPS does not guarantee the shipment of your product in a specified time.
Standard Rate is a 1 to 3-day shipping service
The return shipping fee will be at the responsibility of the customer. Go Nutra Customer Service can provide a return label for an easy return process. This fee will then be deducted from the refund.
Once we receive a return, please allow between 5 - 7 business days for processing. After initiating the refund, funds can take 3-7 business days to post, which is dependent on the original payment source.
